FAQ

Billing and credits

How do credits work?

Credits are used when you request a render. Fast preview uses fewer credits. Higher quality render uses more credits.

When are credits used?

Credits are used when a render job is created. If a render fails because of a system error, use the contact form and include the render link.

What is the difference between fast preview and higher quality render?

Fast preview is for checking the video quickly. Higher quality render is for final MP4 downloads.

FAQ

Failed or stuck renders

My render failed. What should I send?

Use the contact form and include the render page link, template name, and what you were trying to create.

My render has been queued for a while. Is that normal?

Renders can queue when the worker is busy. If it stays stuck longer than expected, send the render link through the contact form.

The audio or MP4 output looks wrong. What should I do?

Send the render link, selected audio track, template name, and a short note about what looks wrong through the contact form.

FAQ

Templates and formats

What formats does TextToDeck support?

TextToDeck currently supports Vertical 9:16 and Portrait 4:5 video templates.

Can I upload my own HTML template?

Not in this version. TextToDeck uses trusted built-in templates so rendering stays predictable and safe.

Can I add background audio?

Yes. You can choose from built-in background audio tracks or render without audio.

Why do some titles need shortening?

Short video formats have limited space. Shorter titles usually make better, more readable videos.
